Communication Plan Communication is the one known or form of communication known to everyone whether you are in the United States or not. Whether you communicate verbally, body language or by gestures there will always be some form of communication between a two people. In doing so there are several elements for effective communication. As a manager, you have various types of employees that you have to get to know and understanding how others learn (Borkowski, N., 2011). Because America is such the melting pot, often you will find with employees that may have barriers to their learning. For example people moving from a foreign country moving to America, they have to adapt to the culture, the climate, the people, the way we talk, shop and attempt to provide health care in an environment they are not familiar to them.
